Visual identity and packaging design for a new brand of non-alcoholic drinks from Brasília

About the project

The company was about to enter the beverage market permanently and hence needed a new visual identity. Its strong and imposing name demanded a robust logo, intended to captivate even those who might have unconscious biases against non-alcoholic drinks. Therefore, we have developed a logo with powerful, awe-inspiring custom lettering, built with a heavyweight style. The aim was to explore negative space as a playful means to relate to the name, which is a negation.

Concept

In order to support the beautiful custom logo design, we have developed a series of illustrations which combine geometric shapes and elements of bartending delicately arranged between the shapes.

One of our favorite parts of developing visual identity systems is the designing of supporting elements. Thus, several applications for the NOT brand have been conceived so as to enliven this lovely identity: packaging, promotional materials, and social media art, among others.
