Visual identity and packaging design for a new neighborhood market

Context

We were invited to design the visual identity for a new project by the team responsible for The Plant Restaurant: a neighborhood market which merchandises natural origin, minimally processed products, with few to none artificial additives. Multicolored doors and windows open to the public just like those of good old neighbors whom you would switch recipes with or borrow ingredients from.

Concept

You know that friendly neighbor whose doors are always open for you? That was the key idea which guided our design for Vizino: visually translating the feeling of camaraderie, of having people near you that could lend you a cup of sugar whenever you need. After extensive research, we have chosen the open door to represent that sensation, with its shapes and angles pertaining not only to the main logo, but also the outline of the auxiliary elements which make up the visual identity.

Results

It can be easily said that the Vizino project has culminated in great concepts which have very well amalgamated our clients’ desires and requests. In fact, all are welcome to explore the market, which is in full operation in Brasilia, to smell freshly brewed coffee and enjoy its visually pleasing ambience. As we said, the doors are always open!
