The company needed a redesign that didn’t just standardize its communication, but that transmitted their values in an appropriate form.

Context

Casa&Terra (House&Land) is a development company that has expanded over the years and today sells lots all over Brazil. Their communication - the beginning point of any company’s identity - was lagging behind, and didn’t represent the size and importance that the company had attained over their entire trajectory.

Our challenge was to refresh their image while correctly transmitting the values of the company without losing the identification with their old identity. For this, the colors and the logo were modified to express confidence and resolution.

Our proposal to strengthen this brand resulted in the development of a strong visual symbol that could be used on various materials, like a crest. Beyond the new identity, we created diverse communication materials, from the website to the signage in their headquarters.
